Replacements & Returns
If you decide to cancel your order after placing it, you have 30 days to do so for a full refund (less shipping costs). The item must be returned brand-new, unused, in its original packaging, with all paperwork included (including the packaging slip and any extras). We will reimburse your order using the original payment method after we have received and examined your return to ensure that it is brand new, complete, and in its original packaging. The cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Item?
We will fully refund your order if your item is delivered broken or malfunctioning. Please make sure your item is undamaged and in functioning order as soon as you receive it. If there is any damage or other issues, please contact us at  [email protected] within two days of receiving your item in order to receive a complete refund.

If you bought several things and got a discount
If you made a return so that you keep just one of the things you bought but earned a discount because you ordered many items, you will forfeit your discount (i.e., you will be refunded as if you had purchased the item at full price).
For instance, if you purchased $100 on two items and received 10% off your order, bringing your total to $180, you would receive a refund of $80 ($180 – $100) if you returned one of the items.

If Despite Several Delivery Attempts, You Are Not Available to Receive Your Order
We will reimburse your order, minus the cost of shipping, if you place an order but the courier returns it to us because you gave us the wrong mailing address or because you weren’t accessible to accept the package after several attempts
